Touched this Christmas

It's starting to feel a lot like Christmas! It took a while but believe it or not it's cold here in Southern California! Not negative freezing cold like I grew up with. But it's been in the 50's during the day and 40's and 30's at night. BRR! And like that wasn't enough to get me in the Christmas spirit we have been blessed left and right this month. :') I have to share my favorite story. We were out shopping last week and stopped at the pharmacy. We lost our insurance so we wanted to find out how much my prescription was going to cost. The pharmacist told us how much and we knew it was a bit more than we felt comfortable paying and told her we would let them know if we would need it filled or not. We made our way to the registers in the front of the store and right before it was our turn to check out some stranger who must have seen and over heard our conversation at the pharmacy placed some cash in Mitch's palm told him to go get my prescription, Merry Christmas, and walked away before either of us had a chance to respond. I was blown away by her kindness! As well as the other small and big acts of kindness from others. :) I have truly felt that sweet spirit of the season and reminded of the reason for the season. Thank you stranger! Thanks to those who have sent love and prayers our way. And thank you for the Christmas gifts. It's already been a Christmas to remember! Merry Christmas!
Sorry about the crazy big pictures.. I'm technically challenged.. And/or I think there is something wrong with this blogger..

  4. It's too bad we don't hear more about those kinds of actions. We hear so much about the negative actions of people that it is hard to remember that there are so many more good people out there than the other kind. So wonderful to see you all. Love, love, love, you all.
